Executive Director
Degree in Anthropology, Seventeen (17) years of experience in the field of planning, management, monitoring and evaluation of health related projects. Bertrand also works as Consultant for UN agencies on Community Systems Strengthening, Gender and Human Right.


Administrative and Finance Officer
Degree in sociology. He basically started working with FIS in 2001 as a peer-educator. Today, he has close to 15 years of experience in the coordination of community-based projects. He has managed more than 10 projects and has participated in numerous training courses in project management, monitoring and evaluation, and administrative and financial management. He is married and father of three children.

Community Mobilization Officer

Degree in History (International Relations). She revealed her dynamism for Community involvement since secondary school by integrating FIS. She worked as a peer-educator for 7 years after which she was conferred other responsalilities such as Cordinator of several projects.

Communication and Advocacy Officer

Double Degree in History (International Relations) and Communication (Organizational Communication). He began his professional carreer at the formal AES-Sonel where he learned a lot about Communication in general and marketing in particular. He later worked for two years at Sky One Radio Station where he also got much experiences and was one of the best news presenters.



Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Holder of a HND (Medical Laboratory Science), Bachelor in Technology in Medical Laboratory Analysis, Master’s Degree in EPIDERMIOLOGY AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES. She an active member of CASE Cameroon society of Epidemiology. She became part of FIS in 2017 as a voluntary worker and later on 2018 she was taken as Monitory & Evaluation Officer (M&E)

Ressources mobilisation & Partnership Officer

Degree in Gender and Project management. She worked as a volunteer in GMF for one year as WASH Team Coordinator. She conducted a good number of field surveys and attended a series of workshops across the country in human right, Gender mainstreaming and Gender based violence. In 2017, she became part of FIS as Ressources mobilization and Partnership Officer.

Assistant Accountant

Holder of a degree in Banking and Finances, she carried out a number of trainings at the level of the Central Bank (BEAC), Commercial banks and Microfinance institutions. Education on profit maximization and cost minimization, she also attended several workshops on financial management and leadership. Health wise, she carried out a health survey on the use of home_based vaccination records. To better outlay her skills, she joined FIS as an Assistant Accountant.

Support Staff

HND in Hotelier, Option catering. He joined FIS in 2014 as support staff after being peer-educator supervisor since 1999. He also conducted several field survey and attended seminars across the country in reproductive health, to develop concept notes.
